[Review] Purito Centella Green Level Buffet Serum

Hi guys!
I wanted to show you a rather interesting product I found while looking around for a serum during the summer after having finished the one that I was using, the Hell Pore Control Hyaluronic Acid Serum by Elizavecca.

The product goes on clear and has no real fragrance. Does go on sticky but pat it in and let it absorb for 30 seconds to one minute and it will no longer be sticky, my skin absorbs it fast. If you apply toner or other products while it is still wet it will become stickier. I used it for almost two months but I didn’t notice differences so actually, I was not that happy…

Today I’ll be review another that seems much better: the Centella Green Level Buffet Serum by Purito!

If you’re wondering why it’s called a ‘buffet’ serum it is because it contains everything that you probably want in a skincare product: Centella, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid, Peptide, Collagen, Ceramide, Niacinamide, Adenosine, and all ingredients are EWG verified.

It claims to be a lightweight fast-absorbing serum that refreshes, soothes, and conditions skin. Protects from environmental aggressors as it relieves irritation and inflammation; reinforces and fortifies skin’s protective barrier; stimulates collagen synthesis to firm, smoothen, and renew with collagen and ceramide; minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; moisturizes and hydrates with adenosine to help brighten skin tone.

A gel type serum that hugs the skin nicely before sinking in.

I’m into herbal scents as long as it’s natural so I love the scent of this, though if you don’t like it – the scent does disappear as the product penetrates into your skin.

How to use

After cleansing and toning or adding an exfoliant, I apply 1 pump to my whole face then place the bottle in the fridge since it doesn’t contain preservatives and it would also boost its soothing effect from the temperature!
It’s also recommended to finish it as soon as possible.

My Thoughts

The serum claims to reinforce the skin barrier: nothing noticeable yet but this has also hydrated my skin whenever it feels tight (post cleansing)

In terms of lightening and anti-wrinkle. So far my older hyper-pigmentation have lightened though I’m also using other products that can lighten them, while I don’t have any prominent wrinkles to visibly see effects on it. Moisturizing-wise, it does make my skin feel and look supple. Other products layer well on top of this.

Overall, it’s non-irritating and mildly soothing, I say mildly because I have really sensitized skin–It’s probably enough if you have normal skin. I found the product to be flexible as it can fit whichever routine you’d like to do: brightening, exfoliating, hydrating or repairing to name a few. It’s definitely something you’ll be able to reach out for a lot since I personally have been using it for about a month during my day and night routine.

I admire the brand a lot for bringing clean, safe and natural products on the market. In line with the same philosophy of being cruelty-free and focuses on inner value (ingredients) which is why they have simple and recycled packaging.
