Korean Ramen

Difficulty: easy
Duration: 10 minutes
Low cost

It is not the healthiest dish in the world, but surely the instant ramen is one of the fastest meals to make in Korean cuisine. In Italy, generally, the ramen is prepared by boiling the water, adding the sauce for the broth and then the noodles; in Korea things are a bit different because there are more ingredients that make the dish really tasty! (And even less healthy!)

1 pack of instant ramen;
2 cups of water;
green onions;
1 egg.

Chop finely the green onions to use later as a dish seal.
Pour the two cups of water in a pot, turn on the gas and bring to a boil. At this point add the instant ramen and the sachet to give flavor to the broth and cover the pot. After 1 minute open the lid and turn the ramen.

After turning the ramen, add the egg without mixing the water, so that it does not break and become poached. Cover the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Turn off the gas and remove the lid from the pan. Add the previously cut green coppers and the dehydrated vegetables you found in the ramen pack.

Little tip: to make the dish even better, we recommend adding, as soon as the water is boiling, even the Chinese ravioli, which you can buy frozen at your local Chinese food store!

This is certainly not to be considered a recipe or a 3 Michelin-starred gourmet dish, but we assure you that once you try it you will not be able to do without it!
